WHO KILLED THE ELECTRIC CAR
???

UPDATE!
Coming soon!
REVENGE OF THE ELECTRIC CAR

Early in 2008, General Motors initiated a wide-scale campaign to promote the Chevrolet Chevy "Volt" electric car, a campaign which attempts to schmooze the general public into believing the following lies:

1)  that they have 'finally' hit upon a revolutionary "concept car" in response to the public's supposedly new-found desire for clean, alternative energy vehicles, and ...

2) that the general public didn't 'take' to their first electric car (the EV-1 back in the mid-to-late 90's) chiefly because the battery charge didn't last more than 75 miles, and ...

3) a battery pack doesn't exist to have an electric car completely replace a gasoline-fueled car.

These premises, however, twist the facts as demonstrated in the video, "Who Killed The Electric Car??" Be sure to watch that full video,

So, as of 2008, we are asked to believe, 3 years after
it clandestinely and literally CRUSHED
the last remaining EV-1 electric cars
outside of the media spotlight,
that it's now . . .
"GM!!  To the rescue!!"

Well, GM *has* to bring back the electric car or get shut out of the competition!

And of course, they MUST do so with a huge splash to eclipse what they did to the EV-1, although it appears that they still are not acknowledging the battery technology that had already been made available to them in time for their debut of their EV-1 but which they cloaked deliberately at that time in order to defeat their own creation!!  -- "Who Killed The Electric Car??"

Well, thank you GM, for making amends, howevermuch a face-saving effort
it is in reality.  However, thanks to the efforts of a valiant few, your effort to RE-WRITE history won't wash.

But get this, people:
GM's Chevy Volt will have a propulsion system
that will drive only the first 40 miles on an electric charge alone
before having to continue with an onboard gas-burning generator
to power its electric motor for several hundred more miles!!

It's clear that there are still back-room deals going on between the "Auto Industry" and "Big Oil," with the Federal Government officiating!

PlugInAmerica on the critically-acclaimed documentary, "Who Killed The Electric Car?"

And now the particularly timely yet under-reported documentary that was first released to the home video market on November 14, 2006 and aired on PBS in May, 2008. Why didn't mainstream media/T.V. news networks pick it up?

People-power and the revolutionary accessibility of videos on the web are bringing this critical revelation to us all, but why didn't it get widespread fanfare at its debut?

View for yourself what the automobile and oil industries, along with the Federal Government, would rather the public at large did not know . . .

Friday morning, November 14th, 2008 - GM Training Center - Burbank, CA
"The Honorable Nate Holden, former California State Senator and L.A. City Council Member, held a press conference demanding General Motors apologize to the American people for destroying the automaker's EV1 plug-in electric vehicle. Mr. Holden demanded the EV1's immediate re-introduction before, or in exchange for, any Government bailout of GM. Mr. Holden is outraged that General Motors is demanding a bailout of its financial crisis. In 2005 GM had the answer which would have solved their financial problems and that was the EV1 electric vehicle."
